Thunderstorm winds of up to 60 mph were observed by a Skywarn Spotter in the Carrollwood area of Tampa. A few trees and power lines were downed in the vicinity of State Road 580 (Dale Mabry Hwy) and County Road 587 (Gunn Hwy).
