A substantial freeze occurred in the Central and Southern San Joaquin Valley as temperatures dropped to the mid 20s to low 30s. Navy Lemoore reported 27 degrees...Fresno and Merced both at 31. Many outlying agricultural locations were in the middle to upper 20s.
