A large frontal low moved northeast...deepening to 967 mbs 450 miles south of Kodiak Island Monday. The low remained nearly stationary and slowly weakened Tuesday. Wind gusts reached 52 mph at Kodiak and 41 mph at Middleton Island on Monday...44 mph at Sitkinak Tuesday.
