On April 19, 1907, 05 local time [April 18 20:59:48 UTC] a destructive earthquake (intensity IX) in Camarines Province, which, within an area of 200 km in length and 60 in width, wrecked many masonry buildings, produced great fissures in the ground and landslides in the mountains. Only two cases of death and a few of injuries received have been recorded. (reference #1072)
