* WHAT...North winds 10 to 20 mph with gusts up to 45 mph. * WHERE...In New Jersey, Sussex and Warren Counties. In Pennsylvania, Berks, Lehigh, Northampton, Carbon, and Monroe Counties. * WHEN...Until noon EDT Sunday. * IMPACTS...Gusty winds will blow around unsecured objects. Tree limbs could be blown down and a few power outages may result.
