EVENING FOR WEST CENTRAL HUNTERDON, SOUTHWESTERN WARREN, EAST 
CENTRAL LEHIGH, SOUTHEASTERN NORTHAMPTON AND NORTHWESTERN BUCKS 
COUNTIES...

At 742 PM EDT, emergency management reported that PA-309 is 
impassable due to flooding across the roadway in the vicinity of 
Lanark and Hopewell Roads. Between 2 and 4 inches of rain have 
fallen in the warned area. The expected rainfall rate is 1.5 to 2.5 
inches in 1 hour. Additional rainfall amounts of 0.5 to 1.5 inches 
are possible in the warned area. Flash flooding is already 
occurring.understorms producing heavy rain in

FOR WEST CENTRAL HUNTERDON, SOUTHWESTERN WARREN, EAST CENTRAL 
LEHIGH, SOUTHEASTERN NORTHAMPTON AND NORTHWESTERN BUCKS COUNTIES...

The heavy rain has ended. Flash flooding is no longer expected to 
pose a widespread threat. Areas of standing water, flooded creeks, 
and flooded streams will continue through the night. A new Flood 
Warning was issued to cover that threat. Refer to that bulletin for 
the updated information. Please continue to heed remaining road 
closures.

A Flood Watch remains in effect until 800 PM EDT Wednesday for 
portions of New Jersey and Pennsylvania.

A Flood Watch remains in effect until 200 PM EDT Wednesday for 
portions of northern Delaware, New Jersey, and Pennsylvania.
