  heavy rain across the warned area. Between 2 and 3 inches of rain 
  have fallen. Flash flooding is ongoing or expected to begin 
  shortly.

AFTERNOON FOR WEST CENTRAL BURLINGTON, CENTRAL CAMDEN, CENTRAL 
GLOUCESTER AND CENTRAL SALEM COUNTIES...

At 1109 AM EDT, trained weather spotters reported thunderstorms 
producing heavy rain with significant flooding around Kresson Road 
and Cropwell Road. Between 1 and 3 inches of rain have fallen. The 
expected rainfall rate is 1 to 3 inches in 1 hour. Additional 
rainfall amounts of 1 to 2 inches are possible in the warned area. 
Flash flooding is already occurring.

HAZARD...Life threatening flash flooding caused by thunderstorms.

IMPACT...Life threatening flash flooding of creeks and streams,
         urban areas, highways, streets, and underpasses.

Gloucester County. Between 1.5 and 3.5 inches of rain have fallen. 
Additional rainfall amounts up to 0.5 inches are possible in the 
warned area. Flash flooding is already occurring.

HAZARD...Life threatening flash flooding caused by thunderstorms.

IMPACT...Life threatening flash flooding of creeks and streams,
         urban areas, highways, streets, and underpasses.

...FLASH FLOOD WARNING WILL EXPIRE AT 230 PM EDT THIS AFTERNOON FOR 
WEST CENTRAL BURLINGTON, CENTRAL CAMDEN, CENTRAL GLOUCESTER AND 
CENTRAL SALEM COUNTIES...

Flood waters have receded. The heavy rain has ended. Flooding is no 
longer expected to pose a threat for most areas. A new targeted 
Flood Warning was issued for portions of Camden and Gloucester 
County due to numerous road closures still in place due to high 
water. Please refer to that bulletin for the updated information. 
Please continue to heed remaining road closures.

A Flood Watch remains in effect until 800 PM EDT for portions of 
northern Delaware, New Jersey, and Pennsylvania.
