  Southeastern Carroll County in northwestern Georgia...

* Until 815 PM EDT.

* At 727 PM EDT, a severe thunderstorm capable of producing a tornado
  was located over Clem, or near Carrollton, moving east at 20 mph.

  HAZARD...Tornado.

  SOURCE...Radar indicated rotation.

  IMPACT...Flying debris will be dangerous to those caught without 
           shelter. Mobile homes will be damaged or destroyed. 
           Damage to roofs, windows, and vehicles will occur.  Tree 
           damage is likely.

* Locations impacted include...
  Carrollton, Whitesburg, Clem, Byers Crossroads, and Seaton Lake.

SOUTHEASTERN CARROLL COUNTY...

At 742 PM EDT, a severe thunderstorm capable of producing a tornado
was located over Seaton Lake, or 8 miles southeast of Carrollton,
moving east at 20 mph.

HAZARD...Tornado.

SOURCE...Radar indicated rotation.

IMPACT...Flying debris will be dangerous to those caught without 
         shelter. Mobile homes will be damaged or destroyed. Damage 
         to roofs, windows, and vehicles will occur.  Tree damage is 
         likely.
