At 836 PM EST, Radar and automated rain gages estimate between 2 and
4 inches of rain have fallen since 5 PM. Flash flooding from creeks
coming out of their banks has been reported in parts of north
Columbus. Even though the heavy rain has tapered off, creek and
rivers will continue to rise. Additional rainfall amounts up to 1
inch is also possible in the warned area through 1 AM. Flash
flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly.
