Flood Warning for the following rivers in Minnesota...

  Long Prairie River at Long Prairie affecting Todd County.

.Recent heavy rainfall has caused the Long Prairie River to rise, 
and it will reach flood stage later today.

For the Long Prairie River...including Long Prairie...Minor flooding 
is forecast.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Motorists should not attempt to drive around barricades or drive 
cars through flooded areas.

Turn around, don't drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood 
deaths occur in vehicles.

  - Forecast...The river is expected to rise above flood stage
    this afternoon to a crest of 7.4 feet tomorrow morning. It
