This hazardous weather outlook is for portions of eastern Kentucky.

.DAY ONE...Today and Tonight.

There is a chance of thunderstorms today, mainly during the
afternoon and early evening hours. A few of these storms could
become severe with all threats possible including large hail,
damaging wind gusts, and even a tornado or two. The best potential
for severe weather will exist primarily for the northeast portion
of the area or generally east of a line from Morehead to Hazard.

In addition, winds could gust to between 30 and 35 mph this
afternoon outside of any thunderstorms.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Thursday through Tuesday.

Spotter activation is not anticipated.
