  was located near Fremont, or 9 miles southeast of Waupaca, moving
  northeast at 75 mph.

was located near Fremont, or 15 miles east of Waupaca, moving
northeast at 55 mph.

HAZARD...Tornado.

IMPACT...Flying debris will be dangerous to those caught without 
         shelter. Mobile homes will be damaged or destroyed. Damage 
         to roofs, windows, and vehicles will occur.  Tree damage is 
         likely.

  Black Creek around 620 PM CDT.
