  was located near Texasville, or 13 miles northwest of Abbeville,
  moving east at 45 mph.

The cold front is now entering NW Alabama, well behind the
squall-line that is associated with the line of showers and
storms. Meanwhile ahead of the squall line several supercells
continue to develop and slide east-northeast. Really looks like
the squall line will be absorbing these cells in across the I-85
corridor over the next hour and then moving through the SE by 8 AM
if not earlier. Behind the line temperatures will remain in the
50s and 60s this morning until the front begins to push through.
Temperatures will like drop across the north through the
afternoon. Dry and cold tonight, with freezing temperatures across
much of the area. High pressure quickly builds in Thursday with
dry conditions expected through the day. Highs will be in the 50s
to near 60 on Thursday.

.LONG TERM...
(Friday through Tuesday)
Issued at 340 AM CST WED NOV 30 2022

By late week, temperatures will begin to rebound, with highs in the
upper 50s to low 60s on Friday and pushing 70 by Saturday. Rain
chances will return as a trough approaches from the northwest on
Saturday, bringing a weak surface front through the region. Rain
amounts will be generally light during the day Saturday and will
clear out during the evening hours. There are some model
discrepancies in regards to instability. A stray thunderstorm can
not be ruled out from Friday night through Saturday night, but
chances are too low to mention at this time.

The first half of next week will see an unsettled pattern with
pulses of energy that will keep precipitation chances elevated
through Wednesday, especially over the northern part of the CWA.
Southern areas will remain mostly dry, with only slight PoPs being
introduced through the rest of the forecast period. Daily high
temperatures for Sunday through Wednesday will range from the 60s
to the upper 70s across the area, with southern areas possibly
approaching 80 on Monday and Tuesday where rain chances are lower
and sunshine will prevail.

The main squall line is now on top of TOI and will be there for an
hour. Improving conditions through the day. Winds will be gusty
through the day withe northwesterly winds of 10 to 15 kts with
higher gusts. Skies clear after 21z and then remain that way
through the rest of the period with winds dissipating to less than
5 kts after 6z.

.FIRE WEATHER...

Ongoing showers and storms will be occurring in the southeast
during the morning, then dry air moves in after Noon. This system
will usher in drier air Thursday, with rain free conditions
through Friday. Minimum RH on Thursday will fall into the 25-35
percent range but then rebound on Friday with the approach of the
next system.

This Hazardous Weather Outlook is for the counties served by the
National Weather Service office in Birmingham.

.DAY ONE...Outlook through Tonight.

A threat for severe storms exists across all of Central Alabama
through 8 AM Wednesday. Threats include tornadoes, damaging winds
70 to 80 mph, and hail up to golf ball size. The highest risk for
these threats is along and west of Interstate 65. Heavy rainfall may
also result in localized flooding. Amounts of 2 to 4 inches with
locally higher amounts are possible.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Wednesday through Monday.

Ongoing severe storms are possible through 8AM Wednesday morning
south of I-85. Heavy rainfall will continue to pose the threat of
localized flooding.

.SPOTTER INFORMATION STATEMENT...

Activation of storm spotters and emergency management may be needed
through Wednesday morning.

At 543 AM CST, Doppler radar was tracking strong thunderstorms along
a line extending from near Boot Hill to near Ariton. Movement was
east at 55 mph.

HAZARD...Winds in excess of 40 mph.

IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
         unsecured objects.

Eufaula, Clio, Clayton, Louisville, Blue Springs, Tyler Crossroads,
