* Flash Flood Warning for...
Kimble County in west central Texas...
* Until 900 PM CDT.
* At 630 PM CDT, Doppler radar indicated thunderstorms producing
heavy rain across the warned area. Between 1 and 3 inches of rain
have fallen. The expected rainfall rate is 3 inches in 1 hour.
Additional rainfall amounts up to 4 inches are possible in the
warned area. Flash flooding is ongoing or expected to begin
shortly. These storms will affect the Junction area and the Llano
State Park.
HAZARD...Flash flooding caused by thunderstorms.

FOR KIMBLE COUNTY...
At 712 PM CDT, Doppler radar indicated thunderstorms producing heavy
rain across the warned area...from Telegraphy to Segovia and just
west of Telegraph. Movement was southeast at 20 mph. The LCRA gage
at Johnson Fork received 2.01 inches. The West Texas Mesonet 1 mile
southwest of Junction received 2.84 inches! The expected rainfall
rate is 2 to 3 inches in 1 hour. Additional rainfall amounts up to 3
inches are likely in the warned area. Flash flooding is ongoing or
expected to begin shortly.

At 816 PM CDT, Doppler radar indicated thunderstorms showers and
thunderstorm have ended over the warned area. Between 2 and 3.5
inches of rain have fallen from Segovia to Junction to Cleo to 8
miles north and west of Cleo early this evening...and Flash flooding
is ongoing or expected to begin shortly. Be careful on Interstate 10
where water may still be ponding.
