* Flash Flood Warning for...
Central McDonald County in southwestern Missouri...
* Until 745 PM CDT.
* At 148 PM CDT, Doppler radar indicated earlier thunderstorms that
produced 4 inches of rain in the upper head water region of Big
Sugar Creek will likely cause flash flooding downstream into
central McDonald County. The gauge along Big Sugar Creek at
Powell was indicating sharp rises in stream levels, and has rose
5.5 feet in the last hour.
HAZARD...Flash flooding caused by thunderstorms.

IMPACT...Flash flooding of small creeks and streams, urban
areas, highways, streets and underpasses as well as
other poor drainage and low-lying areas.
