...A STRONG THUNDERSTORM WILL AFFECT
SOUTHEASTERN APPOMATTOX AND NORTHERN CHARLOTTE COUNTIES...

At 123 AM EDT, a strong thunderstorm was located over Pamplin City,
or 7 miles northeast of Red House, moving south at 20 mph.

Winds in excess of 30 mph and pea size hail are possible with this
storm.

Locally heavy rain will quickly reduce visibility and result in
ponding of water on roadways, standing water in low lying areas, and
