...A STRONG THUNDERSTORM WILL AFFECT SOUTHEASTERN SUMMERS AND WEST
CENTRAL MONROE COUNTIES...

At 344 PM EDT, a strong thunderstorm was located over Lick Creek, or
near Pipestem, moving northeast at 15 mph.

Winds in excess of 30 mph and pea size hail are possible with this
storm.

Locations impacted include...
Pipestem...
Red Sulphur Spring...
Buck...
Wayside...
Indian Mills...
Ballengee...
and Bozoo.

Torrential rainfall is also occurring with this storm, and may cause
localized flooding. Do not drive your vehicle through flooded
roadways.

If you are on or near Bluestone Lake, get out of the water and move
indoors or inside a vehicle. Remember, lightning can strike out to
10 miles from the parent thunderstorm. If you can hear thunder, you
are close enough to be struck by lightning. Move to safe shelter

northeast at 15 mph.

Winds in excess of 30 mph and pea size hail are possible with this
storm.
