Warning for the following rivers in New Jersey...Pennsylvania...

  Delaware River At Easton-Phillipsburg affecting Northampton, 
  Hunterdon, and Warren Counties.

  Delaware River At Riegelsville affecting Mercer, Hunterdon, and 
  Bucks Counties.

  Delaware River At Stockton affecting Bucks and Hunterdon Counties.

  Delaware River At New Hope-Lambertville affecting Mercer, 
  Hunterdon, and Bucks Counties.

  Delaware River At Frenchtown affecting Bucks and Hunterdon 
  Counties.

  Delaware River Near Tocks Island affecting Northampton, Sussex, 
  Monroe, and Warren Counties.

For the Delaware River...including Tocks Island, 
Easton-Phillipsburg, Riegelsville, Frenchtown, Stockton, New 
Hope-Lambertville...Moderate flooding is forecast.

* At 4:30 AM EDT Thursday the stage was 20.2 feet.
* Flood stage is 22.0 feet.
* Moderate flooding is forecast.
* Forecast...The river is expected to rise above flood stage this 
  morning to a crest of 28.5 feet this evening. It will then fall 
  below flood stage late tomorrow morning.
* Impact...At 18.0 feet, Backwater from the Delaware causes flooding 
  in Easton along the Lehigh River
* Impact...At 20.0 feet, Minor flooding begins upstream in Harmony 
  Station New Jersey and Sandts Eddy Pennsylvania.
* Impact...At 24.0 feet, Larry Holmes Drive in Easton is subject to 
  flooding. Riverside Way in Phillipsburg is flooded in the area of 
  the boat ramp.
* Impact...At 25.0 feet, Portions of Bushkill Drive and Route 611 
  are flooded due to a combination of Delaware River flooding and 
  backwater effects on Bushkill Creek.
* Impact...At 26.0 feet, Flooding occurs in Easton up to Riverside 
  Street.
* Impact...At 28.0 feet, Sawmill Street in Phillipsburg begins to 
  flood due to a combination of Delaware River flooding and 
  backwater effects from the Lopatcong Creek.
* Flood History...This crest compares to a previous crest of 29.2

* Forecast...The river is expected to rise above flood stage this 
  morning to a crest of 26.4 feet this evening. It will then fall 
  below flood stage late tomorrow morning.
* Impact...At 14.5 feet, The entrance to Bull Island State Park is 
  closed. Unsafe to cross over to Treasure Island Scout Camp.
* Impact...At 15.0 feet, Treasure Island Scout Camp floods.
* Impact...At 18.0 feet, River Road floods in Pohatcong Township, 
  north of the bridge.
* Impact...At 22.0 feet, Pohatcong Creek floods Creek Road due to 
  high and backwater from the Delaware River. The Musconetcong River 
  also floods Mount Joy Road due to high and backwater from the 
  Delaware River.
* Impact...At 26.0 feet, River Road in Carpentersville is flooded 
  and is subject to closures. Street flooding begins in Riegelsville 
  at the intersection of PA Route 611 and Sycamore Road.
* Flood History...This crest compares to a previous crest of 26.5 
  feet on 04/01/1940.

* At 3:45 AM EDT Thursday the stage was 11.6 feet.
* Flood stage is 13.0 feet.
* Moderate flooding is forecast.
* Forecast...The river is expected to rise above flood stage late 
  this morning to a crest of 15.0 feet this evening. It will then 
  fall below flood stage late tomorrow morning.
* Impact...At 12.5 feet, The lower parking lot begins to flood at 
  the Lambertville Station Inn and Restaurant.
* Impact...At 13.0 feet, Water is at the top of the stone retaining 
  wall at the Landing in New hope. The Waterworks Condominium 
  parking garage in New Hope begins to flood. Residents along the 
  north and south ends of Lambert Lane in Lambertville sustain minor 
  flooding, basements begin to flood.
* Impact...At 13.5 feet, Flooding occurs on Waterloo Street in New 
  Hope via storm sewers.
* Impact...At 14.0 feet, Water covers the entire parking garage at 
  the Waterworks Condominiums in New Hope.
* Impact...At 14.5 feet, Park floods on East Ferry Street in New 
  Hope. Patio floods in rear of the Landing. Waterview parking 
  gagages in New Hope begin to flood.
* Impact...At 15.0 feet, River Road in New Hope begins to flood.
* Impact...At 16.0 feet, Water is at the top of the wall in the 
  Waterworks Parking Garage (river side) in New Hope.
* Flood History...This crest compares to a previous crest of 15.1 
  feet on 09/09/2011.
