  Southeastern Philadelphia County in southeastern Pennsylvania...

* Until 230 AM EDT.

* At 1024 PM EDT, local law enforcement reported flash flooding 
  across the warned area. Several roads are closed in Westville, and 
  flooding is occurring near the Delaware River in Burlington 
  County. Between 1 and 3 inches of rain have fallen. Flash flooding 
  is already occurring.

  HAZARD...Flash flooding caused by heavy rain.

  SOURCE...Law enforcement reported.

  IMPACT...Flooding of small creeks and streams, urban areas,
           highways, streets, and underpasses as well as other
           drainage and low lying areas.

* Some locations that may experience flash flooding include...
  Philadelphia, Camden, Gloucester City, Cherry Hill, Mount Laurel, 
  Willingboro, Deptford, West Deptford, Florence, Bellmawr, 
  Woodbury, and Burlington.

At 1107 PM EDT, local law enforcement reported flash flooding across 
the warned area. Several roads are closed in Camden, Westville, and 
Palmyra. Between 1 and 3 inches of rain have fallen. Flash flooding 
is already occurring.
