  Middlesex County in northern New Jersey...
  Southeastern Morris County in northern New Jersey...
  Somerset County in northern New Jersey...
  East Central Hunterdon County in northwestern New Jersey...

* Until 100 PM EDT Thursday.

* At 353 AM EDT, local law enforcement reported widespread flooding 
  continuing across the warning area. Many roads are closed, and 
  several rivers and streams are in flood. Flooding will continue 
  for several more hours. Please heed road closures!

* Some locations that may experience flooding include...
  New Brunswick, Perth Amboy, Somerville, Somerset, Edison, Old 
  Bridge, East Brunswick, Bridgewater, South Brunswick, Sayreville, 
  North Brunswick, and Carteret.

This includes the following highways...
	New Jersey Turnpike between exits 8 and 13.
	Interstate 78 in New Jersey between mile markers 26 and 42.
	Interstate 295 in New Jersey between mile markers 61 and 68.
	Interstate 195 in New Jersey between mile markers 1 and 8.
	Interstate 287 in New Jersey between mile markers 0 and 30.
	Garden State Parkway between mile markers 121 and 134.
