  Bucks County in southeastern Pennsylvania...

* Until noon EDT Thursday.

* At 241 AM EDT, local law enforcement reported widespread flooding 
  continuing in Bucks County. Numerous roads remain closed, and 
  several rivers and streams remain in flood. Flooding will likely 
  continue through the morning. Please continue to heed road 
  closures.

* Some locations that may experience flooding include...
  Bensalem, Bristol, Quakertown, Perkasie, Doylestown, Byram, 
  Bedminster, and Chalfont.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...
