* At 1025 PM CDT, Doppler radar indicated thunderstorms producing 
  heavy rain across the warned area. The expected rainfall rate is 
  1.5 to 3 inches in 1 hour. Flash flooding is ongoing or expected 
  to begin shortly.

  HAZARD...Flash flooding caused by thunderstorms.

  IMPACT...Flash flooding of small creeks and streams, urban
           areas, highways, streets and underpasses as well as

SARPY, SOUTHEASTERN SAUNDERS, CASS, LANCASTER, NORTHWESTERN OTOE AND 
CENTRAL SEWARD COUNTIES...

At 1114 PM CDT, Doppler radar indicated thunderstorms producing 
heavy rain across the warned area. Between 1 and 5 inches of rain 
have fallen. Additional rainfall amounts up to 1 inch are possible 
in the warned area. Flash flooding is ongoing or expected to begin 
shortly.

HAZARD...Flash flooding caused by thunderstorms.
