HAMBLEN, HANCOCK, HAWKINS, WESTERN SULLIVAN, EASTERN UNION, LEE AND 
SOUTHWESTERN SCOTT COUNTIES...

At 157 AM EDT, local law enforcement reported thunderstorms 
producing heavy rain in Several roadways are flooded across 
Claiborne county. Between 1.5 and 3 inches of rain have fallen. 
Additional rainfall amounts of 1 to 2 inches are possible in the 
warned area. Flash flooding is already occurring.

HAZARD...Life threatening flash flooding. Thunderstorms producing
         flash flooding.

SOURCE...Claiborne County Law enforcement reported widespread
         flooding of area roadways, such as Highway 63 and 35
         South.

IMPACT...Life threatening flash flooding of creeks and streams,
         urban areas, highways, streets and underpasses.

Claiborne, Hawkins, and western Sullivan counties.  Some are 
impassable. . Between 1.5 and 3 inches of rain have fallen. 
Additional rainfall amounts of 1 to 2 inches are possible in the 
warned area. Flash flooding is already occurring.

HAZARD...Life threatening flash flooding. Thunderstorms producing
         flash flooding.
