  Southeastern Grant County in central Arkansas...
  Northwestern Cleveland County in southeastern Arkansas...
  Southwestern Jefferson County in southeastern Arkansas...
  Northeastern Dallas County in southwestern Arkansas...

* Until 745 PM CDT.

* At 446 PM CDT, thunderstorms producing heavy rain are now 
  re-developing across the warned area. Between 6 and 9 inches of 
  rain have fallen and any rainfall will rapidly cause new flooding 
  in addition to ongoing flooding. This is a dangerous situation!

  HAZARD...Flash flooding caused by thunderstorms.

  SOURCE...Law enforcement.

  IMPACT...Flooding of small creeks and streams, urban areas,
           highways, streets and underpasses as well as other
           drainage and low lying areas.
