  Northwestern Arkansas County in southeastern Arkansas...
  Northwestern Jefferson County in southeastern Arkansas...

* Until 345 PM CDT.

* At 1244 PM CDT, local law enforcement reported thunderstorms 
  producing heavy rain across the warned area. Between 4 and 6 
  inches of rain have fallen. Flash flooding is ongoing.

  HAZARD...Flash flooding caused by thunderstorms.

  SOURCE...Law enforcement.

  IMPACT...Flooding of small creeks and streams, urban areas,
           highways, streets and underpasses as well as other
           drainage and low lying areas.

* Some locations that will experience flash flooding include...
  Stuttgart, White Hall, Redfield, Altheimer, Humphrey, Almyra, 
  Hensley Island, Pine Bluff Arsenal, Wabbaseka, Sherrill, 
  Gethsemane, Tucker, Pastoria, Bayou Meteo State Game Area, Wright, 
  Lock and Dam 5 Park, Dexter, Tar Camp Park, Samples and Jefferson.
