PULASKI, SOUTHWESTERN WHITE, SOUTHWESTERN CLEBURNE AND SOUTHEASTERN
VAN BUREN COUNTIES...
At 1232 AM CDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain across the warned
area. Between 1 and 3 inches of rain have fallen over the past .
This is in addition to the very heavy rainfall of 2 to 5 inches from
Tuesday morning. While the heaviest rainfall has ended...it will
take some time for this water to run off. As a result...the threat
for flash flooding is expected to continue.
HAZARD...Flash flooding caused by heavy rain.

IMPACT...Flooding of small creeks and streams, urban areas,
highways, streets and underpasses as well as other
drainage and low lying areas.
