* Until 1115 PM EDT.
* At 1043 PM EDT, a severe thunderstorm capable of producing a
tornado was located 6 miles northeast of Taylorsville, or 5 miles
west of Love Valley, moving north at 55 mph.
HAZARD...Tornado.
SOURCE...Radar indicated rotation.
IMPACT...Flying debris will be dangerous to those caught without
shelter. Mobile homes will be damaged or destroyed.
Damage to roofs, windows, and vehicles will occur. Tree
damage is likely.
* This dangerous thunderstorm will remain over mainly rural areas of
northeastern Alexander and northwestern Iredell Counties, including
the following locations... Vashti and Hiddenite.
