  was located near Center Point, or 9 miles east of Vinton, moving
  east at 30 mph.

  IMPACT...Flying debris will be dangerous to those caught without 
           shelter. Mobile homes will be damaged or destroyed. 
           Damage to roofs, windows, and vehicles will occur.  Tree

was located near Alburnett, or 15 miles north of Cedar Rapids, 
moving east at 30 mph. A second possible tornado was located just 
east of Urbana.

HAZARD...Tornado.

IMPACT...Flying debris will be dangerous to those caught without 
         shelter. Mobile homes will be damaged or destroyed. Damage 
         to roofs, windows, and vehicles will occur.  Tree damage is
