The National Weather Service in the Quad Cities has issued a

* Tornado Warning for...
  Central Benton County in east central Iowa...

* Until 830 PM CDT.
    
* At 753 PM CDT, a severe thunderstorm capable of producing a tornado
  was located near Van Horne, or 10 miles southwest of Vinton, moving
  east at 25 mph.

  HAZARD...Tornado.

  SOURCE...Radar indicated rotation.

  IMPACT...Flying debris will be dangerous to those caught without 
           shelter. Mobile homes will be damaged or destroyed. 
           Damage to roofs, windows, and vehicles will occur.  Tree 
           damage is likely.

* This dangerous storm will be near...
  Van Horne around 800 PM CDT.
