* At 855 PM CDT, a severe thunderstorm capable of producing a tornado
  was located over Paris, or 17 miles north of Cedar Rapids, moving 
  northeast at 30 mph. A second possible tornado was located just 
  north of Center Point moving northeast at 30 mph.
