  Northwestern Hidalgo County in Deep South Texas...
  Northeastern Starr County in Deep South Texas...
  South central Brooks County in Deep South Texas...

* Until 815 AM CDT.
    
* At 750 AM CDT, a severe thunderstorm capable of producing a tornado
  was located near Santa Catarina, or 12 miles northwest of Mccook,
  moving northeast at 40 mph.

  HAZARD...Tornado.

  SOURCE...Radar indicated rotation.

  IMPACT...Flying debris will be dangerous to those caught without 
           shelter. Mobile homes will be damaged or destroyed. 
           Damage to roofs, windows, and vehicles will occur.  Tree 
           damage is likely.

* This dangerous storm will be near...
  Santa Elena around 800 AM CDT.
  La Reforma, San Isidro and Puerto Rico around 805 AM CDT.

northeast at 40 mph.
