  Coastal waters from Baffin Bay to Port Mansfield TX out 20 NM...
  Laguna Madre From 5 nm North Of Port Mansfield To Baffin Bay TX...

* Until 1015 AM CDT.

* At 913 AM CDT, a cluster of severe thunderstorms capable of 
  producing waterspouts was centered 17 nm south of Malaquite Beach, 
  or 35 nm north of Laguna Madre, moving north at 15 knots.

  HAZARD...Waterspouts, wind gusts to 40 knots, and small hail.

  SOURCE...Radar.

  IMPACT...Waterspouts can easily overturn boats and create locally 
           hazardous seas. Small craft could be damaged in briefly 
           higher winds and suddenly higher waves.

  Malaquite Beach.

At 932 AM CDT, a cluster of severe thunderstorm capable of producing 
waterspouts was located 12 nm south of Malaquite Beach, or 37 nm 
south of Port Aransas, moving north at 15 knots.

HAZARD...Waterspouts, wind gusts to nearly 50 knots, and small hail.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Waterspouts can easily overturn boats and create locally 
         hazardous seas. Small craft could be damaged in briefly 
         higher winds and suddenly higher waves.
