...A STRONG THUNDERSTORM WILL AFFECT WEST CENTRAL ONEIDA COUNTY...

At 1020 PM EDT, a strong thunderstorm was located near Camden, moving
east at 35 mph.

Winds gusts of 40 mph are possible with this storm. That is strong
enough to cause downed branches. Pea size hail may also occur.

Locations impacted include...
Rome, Lee, Verona, Vienna, Camden, Sylvan Beach, Blossvale, New
London, Verona Beach and Delta Lake.

Frequent cloud to ground lightning is occurring with this storm.
Lightning can strike 10 miles away from a thunderstorm. Seek a safe
shelter inside a building or vehicle.
