  Northwestern Liberty County in Big Bend of Florida...

* Until 900 AM EDT/800 AM CDT/.
    
* At 814 AM EDT/714 AM CDT/, a severe thunderstorm capable of
  producing a tornado was located 8 miles south of Blountstown,
  moving north at 25 mph.

  HAZARD...Tornado.

  SOURCE...Radar indicated rotation.

  IMPACT...Flying debris will be dangerous to those caught without 
           shelter. Mobile homes will be damaged or destroyed. 
           Damage to roofs, windows, and vehicles will occur.  Tree 
           damage is likely.

  Blountstown around 740 AM CDT.
