* At 1239 AM CDT, a severe thunderstorm was located over Ashby, or 16
  miles southeast of Fergus Falls, moving southeast at 25 mph.

  HAZARD...60 mph wind gusts.

  IMPACT...Expect damage to roofs, siding, and trees.
