Isolated flash flooding may occur where storms repeatedly affect the same location. The thunderstorms will also produce dangerous cloud-to-ground lightning and gusty winds. A few damaging wind gusts will be possible with the strongest storms. As Tropical Storm Isaias makes its nearest pass to our region tonight, breezy and occasionally gusty winds may develop.
