At 1218 PM EDT, a strong thunderstorm was located over Lackawanna,
moving east at 40 mph.

Winds in excess of 30 mph and pea size hail are possible with this
storm.

Locations impacted include...
Buffalo, Cheektowaga, West Seneca, Lackawanna, Depew, Lancaster,
Hamburg, East Aurora, Elma, Marilla, Orchard Park, Small Boat Harbor,
Erie Basin Marina, Alden, Blasdell, Wales Center, Elma Center,
Woodlawn Beach State Park and Billington Heights.

This includes Interstate 90 between exits 57 and 50A, and near exit
49.

If outdoors, consider seeking shelter inside a building.

Torrential rainfall is also occurring with this storm, and may cause
localized flooding. Do not drive your vehicle through flooded
