CARROLL PARISHES UNTIL 130 PM CDT...

At 1248 PM CDT, Meteorologists were tracking a strong thunderstorm
over Delhi, or 15 miles east of Rayville, moving northeast at 25 mph.

Nickel size hail and winds in excess of 40 mph will be possible with
this storm.

This strong thunderstorm will be near...
  Warden around 1255 PM CDT.
  Monticello around 115 PM CDT.

Other locations impacted by this storm include Epps.
