* At 538 AM CDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain across the warned
area. Up to three inches of rain have already fallen. Flash
flooding is expected to begin shortly.
* Some locations that will experience flooding include...
Quincy, Hannibal, Palmyra, Monroe City, Quincy Regional Airport,
Warren, Camp Point, Payson, Mendon, Clayton, Golden, Fall Creek,
Adams, Burton, Liberty, Richfield, Loraine, Woodville, Coatsburg
and Columbus.
Additional rainfall amounts of 1 inch are possible in the warned
area.
This includes Interstate 172 between exits 2 and 19.
This also includes Siloam Springs State Park.
