* Until 1000 AM CDT.
* At 405 AM CDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain across the
warned area. Radar estimates that up to 4 inches of rain has
fallen near Spaulding and 3 inches has fallen near Holliday. Flash
flooding is expected to begin shortly.
* Some locations that will experience flooding include...
Hannibal, Monroe City, Paris, New London, Perry, Madison, Center,
Rensselaer, Spaulding, Woodlawn, Granville, Holliday, Stoutsville,
The Landing, Florida, Duncans Bridge and Indian Creek.
This also includes Union Covered Bridge Historic Site and Mark Twain

NORTHWESTERN RALLS AND MONROE COUNTIES...
At 735 AM CDT, local law enforcement reported that Highway H is
closed 2 miles south of Highway 36 near Rensselaer. Radar estimates
that that up to 7 inches of rain has fallen in the warned area
overnight.

Rensselaer, Spaulding, Holliday, Stoutsville, The Landing, Florida

At 936 AM CDT, local law enforcement and the department of
transporation reported that several roads remained closed due to
flooding from heavy rain last night. Parts of highway H and highway
W are closed. Radar estimates 3 to 5 inches of rain fell across
northern Ralls County into eastern Monroe County.
Some locations that may experience flooding include...
Hannibal, Monroe City, Paris, New London, Perry, Madison, Center,
Rensselaer, Spaulding, Holliday, Stoutsville, The Landing, Florida
