At 254 AM CDT, a strong thunderstorm was located near Edgard and
Reserve, moving northeast at 40 mph.
Winds in excess of 40 mph are possible with this storm.
Locations impacted include...
Reserve, Laplace, Gramercy, Lutcher, Killona, Wallace, Montz, Edgard,
Garyville, North Vacherie and Taft.
Torrential rainfall is also occurring with this storm, and may cause
localized flooding. Do not drive your vehicle through flooded
roadways.
This storm may intensify, so be certain to monitor local radio

along a line extending from near Mccall Creek to near Felps. Movement
was east at 40 mph.
Winds in excess of 40 mph are possible with these storms.
Locations impacted include...
Mccomb, Liberty, Magnolia, Summit, Smithdale and Mccomb Airport.
