* Flash Flood Warning for...
  Southwestern Comanche County in south central Kansas...
  Southeastern Clark County in southwestern Kansas...

* Until 1015 PM CDT.

* At 714 PM CDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain across the 
  warned area. 3 to 5 inches of rain have fallen based on radar. 
  Flash flooding is expected to begin shortly, especially near Snake 
  creek and along the tributaries of the Cimarron river in southeast 
  Clark and southwest Comanche counties. 

* Flash flooding will remain over mainly rural areas of southwestern
  Comanche and southeastern Clark Counties.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Turn around, don't drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood
deaths occur in vehicles.
