to six inches has fallen over much of the area since late Monday
night...with some locations in southern Douglas county and
northeastern Douglas county possibly receiving around eight
inches.
* Some locations that will experience flooding include...
Baldwin City, Wellsville, Overbrook, Centropolis, Lone Star,
Pleasant Grove, Vinland, Globe and Pomona Lake.
This includes Interstate 35 between mile markers 192 and 198.

Grove, Vinland, Globe and Pomona Lake.

The heavy rain has ended so the flash flood warning will be allowed
to expire. However a flood warning remains in effect until 1230 pm
CDT as roads remain flooded and area rivers rise. Please continue to
heed any remaining road closures.
