  Talbot County in eastern Maryland...

* Until 900 PM EDT

* At 557 PM EDT...Doppler radar indicated thunderstorms producing 
  heavy rain across the northwestern portions of the county. 
  Rainfall rates up to two inches per hour have been reported with 
  these storms. Flash flooding is expected in the areas of heaviest 
  rain. 

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Turn around, don't drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood
deaths occur in vehicles.
