  Cecil County in northeastern Maryland...

* Until 515 PM EDT

* At 308 PM EDT...Doppler radar indicated thunderstorms producing 
  heavy rain across the northern portion of Cecil County close to 
  the Pennsylvania border. Additional heavy rain will be entering 
  the western portions of Cecil County before again moving over the 
  northern portions of the county. Flash flooding can be expected.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Turn around, don't drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood
deaths occur in vehicles.
