  Kent County in northeastern Maryland...
  Southeastern Cecil County in northeastern Maryland...

* Until 600 PM EDT

* At 355 PM EDT...Doppler radar indicated thunderstorms producing 
  heavy rain over the western shore east of Baltimore moving east t 
  30 MPH. Rainfall rates up to two inches per hour have been 
  reported. Expected flash flooding in the areas of heaviest rain as 
  these storms move into Kent and southern Cecil counties.

* Some locations that will experience flooding include...
  Chestertown, Cecilton, Millington, Betterton, Warwick, Sassafras,
  Bohemias Mills, Newtown, Morgnec, Cayots, Massey, Kennedyville and
  Galena.
