* At 458 PM EDT...Doppler radar indicated thunderstorms producing 
  heavy rain moving into the far northwester portion of the county. 
  Rainfall rates up to two inches per hour are possible. Expect 
  flash flooding in the areas of heaviest rain. 

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Turn around, don't drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood
deaths occur in vehicles.
