...A TORNADO WARNING REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL 945 PM EDT FOR
SOUTHWESTERN NASSAU...SOUTHEASTERN BAKER...WEST CENTRAL DUVAL AND
SOUTH CENTRAL CHARLTON COUNTIES...
    
At 903 PM EDT, severe thunderstorms capable of producing tornadoes
were located along a line extending from Sanderson to Glen St. Mary,
moving northeast at 35 mph.

HAZARD...Tornado. 

SOURCE...Radar indicated rotation. 

IMPACT...Flying debris will be dangerous to those caught without 
         shelter. Mobile homes will be damaged or destroyed. Damage 
         to roofs, windows, and vehicles will occur.  Tree damage is 
         likely. 

These dangerous storms will be near...
  Glen St. Mary around 920 PM EDT. 
  Macclenny around 925 PM EDT. 

Other locations impacted by these tornadic storms include Baldwin.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

TAKE COVER NOW! Move to an interior room on the lowest floor of a
sturdy building. Avoid windows. If you are outdoors, in a mobile
home, or in a vehicle, move to the closest substantial shelter and
protect yourself from flying debris.

Tornadoes are extremely difficult to see and confirm at night. Do not
wait to see or hear the tornado. TAKE COVER NOW!

This line of thunderstorms is capable of producing tornadoes and
widespread significant wind damage. Do not wait to see or hear the

The tornado threat has diminished and the Tornado Warning has been
cancelled. However, large hail and damaging winds remain likely and a
Severe Thunderstorm Warning remains in effect for the area.  However
gusty winds are still possible with these thunderstorms.

A tornado watch remains in effect until 1100 PM EDT for southeastern
Georgia.

...TORNADO WATCH THROUGH 11 PM SE GA...

.UPDATE...Waves of showers and thunderstorms with discrete supercells
continued to track quickly to the NE across SE GA this evening
where a tornado watch was in effect. Convection will continue to
increase in coverage and intensity over the next couple hours
across NE Florida as a frontal zones across south- central GA
continues to settle farther south as upper leveling forcing
increases from the SW. Deep layer SW flow and very high moisture
content will continue to stream over the local area tonight
through Wed continuing waves of strong to severe storms and
locally heavy rainfall. Will continue to refrain from flood watch
at this time. Muggy and mild overnight conditions with lows in the
low/mid 70s.

.AVIATION...Waves of showers and thunderstorms will impact the
terminals through the next 36 hrs brining at minimum MVFR
conditions. Severe storms will be possible, and capable of wind
gusts to 50 kts. Breezy SW winds will continue through the night
with gusts outside of convection near 25 kts at times.

.MARINE...Small craft advisory conditions. Potential gale force
gusts Wed and Wed night.

Rip Currents: Low risk of rip currents.

This Hazardous Weather Outlook is for Northeast Florida,
Southeast Georgia and the Adjacent Coastal Waters.

.DAY ONE...This Afternoon and Tonight...

Tornado watch in effect for all of SE GA and HAMILTON COUNTY FL.

Potential exists for strong to severe storms through Tonight.

Small craft advisory in effect.

Widespread heavy rainfall possible.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Wednesday through Monday...

An unusually strong late season frontal system will continue to
bring multiple rounds of widespread rain Wednesday and Wednesday
night. There is a slight risk of severe thunderstorms for all of
southeast Georgia and northeast Florida through Wednesday evening.
Localized flooding, damaging wind gusts, isolated tornadoes, and
hail will be possible.

Additional widespread rainfall amounts of 2 to 4 inches will be
possible through Wednesday night.

A small craft advisory is in effect through Thursday afternoon.
The strongest winds are expected Wednesday night and a Gale
Warning may be needed.
