...A STRONG THUNDERSTORM WILL AFFECT WEST CENTRAL OXFORD...
SOUTHWESTERN FRANKLIN AND EAST CENTRAL COOS COUNTIES...

At 100 PM EDT, a strong thunderstorm was located near Bethel, moving
northeast at 40 mph.

Winds in excess of 40 mph are possible with this storm.

Locations impacted include...
Berlin, Bethel, Rumford, Rangeley, Andover, Grafton, Weld, Mexico,
Gorham, Lovell, Chatham, Hanover, Gilead, Byron, South Arm, Riley,
Rangeley Plantation, Roxbury, Mason and Batchelders Grant.

This also includes...
  Speckled Mountain, Old Speck Mountain, Grafton Notch, Evans Notch,
and Moose Brook State Park.

Torrential rainfall is also occurring with this storm, and may cause
additional localized flooding. Do not drive your vehicle through
flooded roadways.
