  East central Logan County in west central Kansas...
  West central Gove County in west central Kansas...

* Until 130 AM CDT
    
* At 106 AM CDT, a severe thunderstorm capable of producing a tornado
  was located 12 miles south of Oakley, moving east at 30 mph.

  HAZARD...Tornado and half dollar size hail. 

  SOURCE...Radar indicated rotation. 

  IMPACT...Flying debris will be dangerous to those caught without 
           shelter. Mobile homes will be damaged or destroyed. 
           Damage to roofs, windows, and vehicles will occur.  Tree 
           damage is likely.
